Conversion rate optimization

The same traffic, more orders

I run a monthly audit for the agency’s own client stores: analytics, session recordings, ads, Search Console and the store itself, taken apart from the inside. Out of it comes a prioritised list of tests, and the ones that need code, from a bundle builder to a cart milestone bar, I build myself.

What you get

  • A monthly report: what changed, what to test next, in priority order
  • Implementation of the tests as theme sections or Functions, not as another app
  • Cart and checkout: bundles, gifts, milestones, post-purchase offers

A custom theme and three apps around one breakfast brand

Three years on the same store, from the first section in 2023 to an AI answer search in 2026. The theme is built section by section, and the parts Shopify does not sell as an app are custom: a mix-and-match bundle with per-cell discounts on Shopify Functions, a search backend on a Cloudflare Worker, and the checkout extensions.

  • Mega Bundle: mix & match with per-cell discounts, a cart transform folds the set into one line
  • Answer search: the shopper asks a question, the store answers with products
  • Countdown, cross-selling, recipes and a variant picker built for the brand, not a template

Sixty features in one summer: subscriptions, gifts, a store locator

A store that needed a lot at once. A buy box for subscription products with selling plans, an automatic buy-X-get-Y gift rule, a store locator with the client’s own addresses geocoded, a landing page system, blog sections from the Figma design, breadcrumbs for every page type.

  • Selling-plan buy box rebuilt to the client’s mobile reference
  • Store locator section with addresses geocoded from the client’s export
  • Landing pages assembled from configurable sections instead of one-off templates

Do you promise a conversion increase?

No. I promise measured tests and honest reporting; the numbers belong to your store and your traffic.
